Established in 1989 as a family-owned business, Essential is now into the second generation of management, Tim Nielsen, who cherishes the family-business values entrenched in the company founded by his father John. Located in Carrum Downs, Victoria, our facility is purpose-built to our requirements and to further expand our capabilities in local and international markets.

Our story still has many pages to be written and we are now seeking a Senior Flavourist to provide accurate and timely technical documentations that meet the customers’ needs and requirements and by providing the necessary technical support to both internal and external customers.

  • You love being a Flavourist!
  • You have 10 plus years’ experience as a Flavourist
  • You enjoy the challenge of juggling multiple projects and tasks
  • The idea of sharing knowledge and mentoring Junior Flavourists excites you
  • You are familiar and have experience in developing flavours for South East Asian market
  • You have experience in developing spray dried flavours
  • You have demonstrated a consistent willingness to learn across you career
  • You are passionate about food
