Our Vietnam subsidiary is now seeking a highly motivated and organised Import Export Manager to manage the import and export process of the company for all Asian countries, as well as lead the Administration Team in Vietnam to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will be…
• Providing leadership to the Vietnam Administration Team.
• Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports for products into Vietnam and the broader Asia region.
• Managing the relationship with logistics partners, for both domestic and international, to provide competitive shipping solutions to customers.
• Manage shipping documentation, such as import and export licensing, insurance, product routing, shipping, packing, and customs declarations.
• Overseeing the delivery of customer service in Asia, ensuring delivery timeframes are met.
• Undertaking office and facilities management for Vietnam operations, serving as the building contact person.
• Managing licences, insurances and ensuring compliance with government related requirements.
The role will report to an Australian based manager.

• The role is office based in Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City on the 20th floor overlooking the Saigon River.
