Are you a passionate and innovative Food Technologist with product development experience in the food and beverage industry and flavour houses or ingredient companies? We have an amazing opportunity at our New Collaboration Centre in HCMC on the 20th floor, overlooking the Saigon River.

Our story still has many pages to be written as part of our growth in our international market. Our Vietnam subsidiary is now seeking a highly motivated, creative, and driven Food Technologist to join our Sales & Sensory Team to provide outstanding technical support to our Sales Team, and internal and external customers.


In this lab-based role, you will be…

  • Carrying out flavour application work to meet the specific requirements of client projects – creating recipes (with a focus on bakery and confectionary products) to apply our range of flavours
  • Innovating by initiating and working on proactive flavour development projects and concepts (this is the chance to bring to life your creativity!)
  • Conducting product presentations to customers
  • Sourcing new raw materials that you will need in product development
  • Obtaining knowledge on ingredients, application, and process technologies
  • Conducting basic sensory testing of flavours for recommendation to customers
  • Working collaboratively with sales and internal technical team
  • Using problem solving skills to resolve technical issues within the laboratory and manufacturing environment
  • Maintaining order of work to meet required standards


To be a perfect fit for this role you will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or other related qualifications
  • Skills in product development and flavour applications
  • Ideally 3-4 years’ working experience in the Food and Beverage industry, Flavour Houses or Ingredient companies developing prototype recipes and applying flavours across a variety of sweet product applications for beverage, bakery, confectionery and dairy
  • Good sensory ability
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Have a network with food ingredient suppliers
  • Able to confidently present and communicate in English and happy to visit clients throughout Asia
  • Positive attitude towards work and colleagues and enjoy working within a team
  • Willingness to learn and be flexible
  • Passionate about food and flavours
  • Willingness to undertake national and international travel


  • Full time hours.
  • 8am to 5pm.


  • The role is office based in Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City on the 20th floor overlooking the Saigon River.
